Yes, absolutely! We offer a full demo version of the ezLive platform so you can explore the features, livestreaming tools, shop setup, and user interface before making a decision. Contact our support team to request demo access.

ezLive is currently supported on mobile devices, including iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. The app is optimized for smooth performance on these platforms. Desktop and Windows support is not available at this time.

At the moment, ezLive is focused on livestreaming e-commerce features and does not support direct sitemap imports. However, if you're integrating ezLive with an existing website or platform, custom solutions may be available. Please contact our technical team for integration support.

Income on ezLive comes from two main sources:

  1. Shop Sales – When a seller goes live and sells products through their ezLive shop, they earn money directly from customer purchases. ezLive helps sellers promote and close sales in real time.

  2. Gifts from Viewers – Streamers can receive virtual gifts (like diamonds) from fans during livestreams or voice chats. These gifts can be converted into real money, giving streamers another way to earn income through audience engagement.

  • If you're experiencing any issues with your ezLive account — such as login problems, shop access, livestream errors, or billing concerns — please follow these steps:
     
  • Contact Support:
    Reach out to our customer support team via email at support@ezlive.com or through the Help Center in the app.

     
  • Provide Details:
    Please include your username or registered email address, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots if possible. This will enable us to assist you more efficiently.
     
  • Response Time:
    Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
  • We accept multiple payment options including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. After payment is confirmed, you will receive the full system files and setup instructions.
